About the CompanyEstablished in 1973, Absolute Real Estate Appraisals specializes in the appraisal of real estate. We are a full-time Appraisal Only located in York PA, while serving all of southcentral PA. Absolute is recognized as the leader in residential appraisers; however, we also appraise commercial, farms, land, and investment properties.
The appraisers that work for Absolute are dedicated individuals and have many years of service. These appraisers are all PA and FHA Certified. Our appraiser staff has combined experience of 80 years.

Owner Resume Charles G. Smith, IFACertification # GA-000285-L | Mr. Smith is the Owner and Founder of Absolute Real Estate Appraisals. Charles Smith has been associated with appraisal work since 1968. Before opening in 1973, he was a Mortgage Officer with a Brokers License for Clarke Mortgage in Harrisburg and serviced York and Dauphin Counties.
Charles Smith has attended York College and York Penn State. He has also attended numerous community colleges in surrounding states for continuing education courses. Charles Smith is also a designated member with N.A.I.F.A., and is the President of the local chapter. Mr. Smith has performed or been involved with over 45,000 appraisals in his career. He has vast experience and knows property values in all counties in Southcentral Pennsylvania.
Mr. Smith is a State Certified General Appraiser and FHA Certified in the state of Pennsylvania, License Number GA-000285-L.
Mr. Smith resides with his wife Darlene in Dallastown. |
